Welcome!

It is our great pleasure that the 2020 German National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition will take place in Göttingen from 4 – 8 March 2020. The Jessup is the largest and most prestigious Moot Court competition in the world, and the Institute of International and European Law of the Georg-August-University Göttingen is brimming with excitement in anticipation of this extraordinary event.

This year’s Jessup Problem deals with

“multi-fora international litigation; responsibilities of heads of state for war crimes; killer robots and a wall”.

We are looking forward to seeing you in Göttingen!
